Peak 7 Adventures is a faith-based 501(c)3 non-profit providing life-changing outdoor adventures to under-resourced young people across the Pacific Northwest. The Spokane river offers an exciting half-day trip with lots of fun group games, unique rock formations, and thrilling Class 3 rapids that will challenge all ages. FLOW Adventures offers a variety of recreation opportunities in the Spokane area and throughout the inland northwest. Locally they offer guided river rafting and inflatable kayak trips on the upper and lower sections of the Spokane River. In the summer, FLOW provides a daily river tubing service complete with a tube, pfd, and shuttle ride. For those interested in improving their whitewater kayaking skills FLOW has beginner, intermediate, and advanced lessons.
